THe short…
THE LONG…
I was born and raised in the mountains of Appalachia. I began filmmaking my senior year of high school after being forced to join STLP Club (thank you, Mrs. Potter). Several colleges and career changes later, I ended up finding a home at Berea College with an independent major in Film. I’ve gotten to meet a ton of wonderful, creative people through my labor position as the Multimedia Manager (wicked job title) for Berea College’s Student Crafts department. This position has turned into a passion for capturing artists and craftspeople at work as well as the environment they inhabit.
